Enrollment Info

We welcome you to enroll your child(ren) to IScGKC.

 

ALL Family Forms on the right are required to be filled out before we accept enrollment for your child(ren) with the exception of the Automatic Payment Options.  Until these forms are filled out on the right, your child will be put on a waiting list.

 

Even if your child(ren) were enrolled last year, you will need to fill them again.  We need to know if there were any changes to your information.

 

These forms are PDF files, so you will need to print them out, fill them in, scan them, and email them back to the office to [email protected], or drop them off to the office.  Photo prints of the papers will not be accepted. 

 

You can also stop by the office to fill out the paper forms.

 

Next, you can select a New Enrollment or a Re-Enrollment for your child(ren).
